Private Tution fees refund refused
I deposited full annual fees at Private Tuition but due to certain I was unable to continue, I informed the same well in advance of starting the classes. I didn't attend even a single class nor accessed their Portal for any information. I followed up a lot for refund over email and phone but they refused flatly telling that the fees is non refundable and the same is mentioned on the payment receipt. As amount is high need to know any solution available
But I wanted to know if I didn't avail any service from them how can they keep my hard earned money
A.Dear client,
If there was a non refundable clause while you paid the fees, then the fee cannot be refunded. Please consult a lawyer for further advice
