Car parking issue

My neighbour doesn't want to park my car,front of my house because he wants to clear path for own ,for the reason he used abusive language and misbehave with my family
A.Dear client,
If your neighbour is blocking by using parking blocks in your land or space, you can file a case for permanent injunction restraining the neighbour from parking in front of your property and not to obstruct your ingress and egress. Permanent injunction means permanently restraining a person to do or not to do any act. It can be traced in sub section 2 of section 37 of S.R. Act.
You can also file declaration suit for seeking your easement rights from the court of law.
You can also take refuge under IPC. Please file a complaint against them under charges of harassment, defamation, criminal conspiracy
