A.Dear Client,

The contents of the query is not sufficient to respond properly. However, in the given situation, irrespective of any assignment/agreement executed between you and the coaching institute, when the deficiency is caused on the part of the claimant/consumer student, he lost his right to claim the refund of coaching fees or tuition fees which usually known as non-refundable from the coaching institute/service provider either under Consumer Protection Act or any other Act. Reach out to an Advocate for first-hand information.

A.Dear client,

Review the institute's refund policy: Carefully read the terms and conditions or refund policy provided by the institute at the time of enrollment. Look for any provisions that outline the refund process, deadlines, and any requirements for requesting a refund.

Document your non-attendance: Gather evidence to support your claim that you have not attended any classes. This may include emails, correspondence, or any other documentation that confirms your non-participation.

Contact the institute: Reach out to the institute's administration or admissions office and explain your situation. Clearly state that you have not attended any classes and request a refund according to their refund policy. Provide any supporting evidence if required.

Follow up in writing: If you have spoken to someone at the institute, follow up with a written communication summarizing your conversation and reiterating your request for a refund. Keep copies of all correspondence for your records.

Research applicable consumer protection laws: Familiarize yourself with consumer protection laws or educational regulations in your jurisdiction. These laws may provide additional rights or protections regarding refunds for educational services.

Seek legal advice, if necessary: If the institute refuses to provide a refund or if you believe you are entitled to a refund but encounter difficulties, consider consulting with a lawyer who specializes in consumer protection or educational law. They can assess your case, provide legal advice, and guide you on potential legal recourse.
