A.Dear client,

In general, if your uncle has obtained signatures from your grand father's sisters relinquishing their rights to the property, it could have legal implications. However, whether this action is valid and enforceable depends on several factors, such as the applicable laws, the validity of the agreement, and the circumstances surrounding the signing of the documents.

If you believe that the sisters were coerced, misled, or did not fully understand the consequences of signing away their rights to the property, you may want to consult with a lawyer to assess the validity of the agreement and explore potential legal remedies.

Additionally, it's important to consider the laws of inheritance and succession in your jurisdiction. These laws may provide certain rights to all legal heirs, regardless of any agreements or transfers made during a person's lifetime. The specific rights and entitlements can vary depending on factors such as marital status, gender, and local customs.
