I have a house in palamu district and and my uncle's are demanding from my father to gave them the shops one one in their names the shops and house was made in 2007 and now in 2023 there are fighting for it the land and house is in my mother's name . The shops arearound the house ,4 shops are made and are on rent when I am telling my brother's son the vacant that shop is was running it on a renter basis now he is noto leave my shop and shifting somewhere else there are telling that they will not leave the shop and they want the shop in their name so what I should do in legal action to vacant the shop

A.Dear client,
If the shop belongs to you, then in the absence of the agreement in the contrary, you have all the rights over it. If the tenancy period has expired, an eviction notice must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction, stating the basis for eviction as well as the time and date by which the tenant must leave the property, and it must then be issued to the tenant. Youmust allow the tenant a reasonable amount of time to quit the rented property.
