Flat in south Mumbai, we all living there till 2021, pagdi flat Rent bill in my fathers name, he died in 2023 recently and now i have approached the landlord to transfer the bill but hes asking money.\nI am the sole legal blood heir (only son, no daughter). Flat is at South mumbai and we are staying in navi mumbai due to job reasons. Fathers death address is of Navi Mumbai. Pagdi flat given on rent and 2 month rent we are giving to landlord.
