I want to apply to for icai ca inter examination my name is different in educational and other documents so please guide me how to register with my new name in icai

In the absence of any supporting documents, you must begin by having your name changed on your birth certificate, which was issued in accordance with the Registration of Births and Deaths, Act 1969. Once your name has been changed on your birth certificate, you can then apply to have it changed on your school record and the certificate issued by the appropriate education board, and you can then seek to have your name amended or corrected in all statutory records such as your Aadhar card, EPIC, PAN, etc.

Although it is a very difficult task but not impossible if you put your sincere efforts to correct your name in educational and other certificates/documents. Anomaly either in proper name or surname of any person is not acceptable and admitted for any purpose.
