A.Dear Client,
The client cannot claim compensation from the transporter for a delay in the delivery of goods if it is caused by Force Majeure, which means extraordinary events or circumstances beyond human control such as an event described as an act of God (like a natural calamity) or events such as a war, strike, riots, crimes etc. that renders it impossible for the party to perform its contractual obligations. A party is not liable for a failure to perform if he can prove that: (1) the failure was due to an impediment beyond his control; (2) he could not have reasonably foreseen the impediment at the time of contract formation; and (3) he could not have reasonably avoided or overcome its effects. If the client litigated the claim before the Court, then reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps to defend the claim suitably.

A.Dear Client,
Customers whose goods are delayed can receive a credit, a shipping refund, or a free gift as a sign that you appreciate their business. These little extras can go a long way toward keeping clients who might otherwise leave you.
