Remaining 47000 still not refunded or contact me 24 hours every time when i call for massage massage comes but still no call or massage received or any response after talking to their team member don't give me what to do
A.Dear client,
File a compliant with the nearest district consumer forum over unfair trade practice of Byju's under section 35 of the consumer protection act and seek refund alongwith compensation.

A.Dear Client,
From the contents of your query, it transpires that on cancellation of the course and on your repeated demand Byjus refund a part of the tuition fees and did not respond to your repeated call for payment of the balance amount of tuition fees with an ulterior motive to kill time to make your claim for a refund of tuition fees barred by time. Such an unethical practice to prevent a claimant from claiming a refund of fees amounted to a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under Consumer Protection Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the balance amount of tuition fee, along with compensation for harassment. A complaint is required to be filed before the Consumer Court within two years from the date of the cause of action.
