Hi All, I would want to know the value of the stamp paper of the Agreement to Sell Property Before Possession and the registration fee if I wish to register this.
A.Dear Sir,
In Karnataka State one percent of the book value will be collected as stamp duty at the time of registration of sale agreement and such amount will be adjusted in the stamp duty which is being paid by you at the time of registration of sale deed. Please check your state rules.

A.Dear client,
The stamp paper has a pre-printed value of Rs 100 and is available at authorised stamp vendors or government-approved banks. The stamp duty is paid on the stamp paper, and the document is legally valid once it is affixed with the stamp paper.
The registration charges in Karnataka is 1% of the property value.
