Harrasment in Dental College

I'm a 21 year old student in a renowned goverment medical college. One teacher, female from this college has been mentally harrassing me for the last 6 months. She talks rudely and behaves like I'm a failure. She doesn't check my work, mocks and makes fun of me without reason. But if other students from her political party especially come for help she helps them. If it's me, she behaves as rudely as possible. This is causing mental trauma to me and I'm contemplating suicide.
