In a joint house a buyer bought d ground floor frm d owner and also taken over the rare portion of driveway/garage for his personal use, even when its common driveway portion. a door has been installed and locked. it was a joint ancestral property, and was constructed in that way, so sewer lanes, drainage system are at that portion of driveway since the g.f owner has illegally captured it, there is no way for other floor owners to access to sewer lane. how to get the door removed? can mcd help?
