For Refund

I ordered one shoes from Flipkart then due to fitting issue I requested for returning on 15th July 2023. But still I didn't receive my refund. I called Flipkart Executive 4-5 times. Everytime They are told me for wait 24-48 hours but nothing happens. So for this query what to do? Kindly consider my query & I am waiting for your positive response.

In the given situation, you can serve a legal notice to Flipkart to resolve the grievance failing which you can file a complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Affairs Deptt online mode through e-dakhil following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 for redressal of your grievance. It may work fast to redress the grievance. failing which you may file an offline Complaint Before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch or warehouse/godown is in operation claiming refund of the entire value of the defective product or to replace it with a new one along with compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action. In case you need any assistance in this regard, you may contact our legal team for the purpose with relevant papers.
