But after divorce the ex husband is troubling the mother and child with a gaurdian of ward case filed... A.Dear Madam,
As per the terms of mutual divorce your husband has given up his rights over the child including visitation rights. Thus you can win the case if properly represented.

A.Dear Client,
If the situation has changed since the original custody agreement was put in place (such as your ex-husband's behavior or circumstances), you might consider filing a motion to modify the custody arrangement. You would need to demonstrate that there has been a significant change in circumstances that justifies altering the custody arrangement.

If your ex-husband is violating the terms of the custody agreement, you might have the option to file a motion for contempt in family court. This essentially asks the court to enforce the existing custody agreement and take action against the violating party.

If communication has broken down between you and your ex-husband, consider seeking the assistance of a mediator. A trained mediator can help both parties reach an agreement on custody and visitation issues without going to court.

Thanks
