Property related Property related

One year back, I bought a house in Mangalore from a builder. There is an empty land attached to our property, which is a little higher in altitude. When there is rain all the mud and water pours into our front yard. Owner of that empty property is very rude and intentionally adds mud to the edge of his property. We are facing a lot of problems from this. I want to lodge a complaint. Please guide me with this issue.

A.Dear Client,
You may complain before the Municipal Authority or Panchyat Office for the cause occasionally caused on geographical point of view to resolve failing which try to settle the issue with the owner of the land amicably because litigation may cost you more than the cost of civil work to rectify the matter.

A.Dear Client,
Check your property documents, such as the sale deed, to understand the boundaries of your property and whether there are any easements or rights of way affecting your property. You may also want to determine if there are any local regulations or bylaws related to water runoff. If your neighbour refuses to cooperate, you can contact the local municipal authorities or panchayat (local government) to report the issue. They may be able to provide guidance or take action if there are local regulations or bylaws that apply. If all else fails, you may need to consider filing a legal case to protect your property rights.
