we are 3 brothers, as per father's will we have got registered our share by way of part ion Deed in 2006.To develop the property by constructing Apartment (15 Flats) my brothers gave me G.p.H.A (Registered). The construction is over, due to financial constrains we sold 7 flats during construction including 2 Flats pertains to one of my brother to meet his need. After the construction I sold one to clear the construction dues. As per our written agreement among us we get 2 flats each to each share Second brother already got sold his 2 Flats and in the reaming
at the said 2 flats for each share the first brother gets 2flats and me 2 flats . in addition as builder I get 3 more flats to my share. Now the eldest brothers wants his share in his name.We need your valuable suggestion/advise to resolve the issue without any further legal complication to our children. In untoward incident what will be the status of G.P.H.A.Please advise and clarify.

A.Dear Client,
If you have already done the agreement, then there is no need to go to the Court of Law.
