A.Dear Client,
A common area in a residential complex is usable by all the residents of the complex and it cannot be used for personal purposes by any resident. You may approach collectively with other residents of the complex to the Society if exists for a resolution in the matter and in case, the matter is not resolved by the Society then bring the matter to the Registrar or Deputy Registrar of the Societies concerned for redressal of grievance failing which consult an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the errant neighbor and for filing a civil suit against him before the Civil Court praying for an injunction on unauthorized encroachment of the common area.
