Power's of RWA to reject construction plan approved by BBMP/BDA Power's of RWA to reject construction plan approved by BBMP/BDA

Hi,
I have a plot in a BDA approved gated community layout. Planning to construct a 4-kitchen building as per BBMP/BDA approved plan & fully adhering to BBMP/BDA by-law rules. However, few residents in layout objecting to 4-kitchen and enforcing me to construct only 1 or 2-kitchens, citing Residents Welfare Association (RWA) guideline/rule that allows max 2-kitchens. My question:
Does RWA has power to reject competent authority approved plan and define own rules? on matters outside of scope?
Isn't this contravention local laws or law of the land? and infringement of my rights over property?

Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) typically function as community organizations aimed at ensuring the well-being and welfare of the residents within a particular locality or housing complex. While RWAs may have certain internal rules and regulations, these guidelines cannot override the regulations set by competent government authorities such as the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) or BDA (Bangalore Development Authority)
