A.Dear Client, you may approach the true owner of the plot and discuss the possibility of reaching an amicable agreement. If the true owner insists on ownership of the property, you may seek compensation for the value of the construction you have made.

A.Dear Client,
When you construct your house on another plot or land instead of your plot by default, that may be termed as unauthorized construction and unless you demolish it ASAP, you may face legal consequences including prosecution for illegal trespass. Even it is a huge financial loss to you, to avoid any legal consequences from the concerned land owner as well as from the lending Bank, you need to demolish the house wrongly constructed on other land.
