A.Dear client
Continue communicating with the bank in writing. Send formal letters expressing your concerns, the legal victories you've achieved, and your expectation of receiving physical possession. Keep a record of all correspondence. If you have court orders in your favor, explore enforcement options. Contact local authorities or regulatory bodies that oversee banks and financial institutions. File a complaint about the bank's failure to comply with court orders and seek their intervention. Check if the bank has an ombudsman or a grievance redressal mechanism. Lodge a formal complaint with these entities, outlining the details of your case.

A.Dear Sir,

As BoB is a govt. bank you can move a writ petition against the Bank and get an order for handing over the physical possession and that would help you to get what you want.
Please ask your lawyer to move a writ petition in High Court.
