False criminal case

I've got a court notice , all the allegations against me is false and they don't have any proof, they just want to harass me, I live in delhi. Please help me what to do.

A.Approach the High Court u/s 482 Cr.P.C and get such false FIR quashed
Or else,
Fight out the case proving all allegation against you wrong by way of evidence.

A.You have two options :
1) Move High COurt for quashing the notice issued against you
2) Place all the relevant evidence on your favour on record and submit your reply in the court in the court which has issued notice against you.
