A.Dear Client,
In matters of ancestral property and inheritance, the Hindu Succession Act plays a crucial role. As of the amendment in 2005, daughters have been granted equal rights as sons in ancestral property. Therefore, both sons and daughters have equal entitlement to the ancestral property of your grandfather and grandmother.
In your case, considering the 0.10 cents owned by your grandfather and the 0.50 cents owned by your grandmother, both sons and daughters have equal shares in these properties. This includes your brothers and sisters, each having a rightful claim to a share in the ancestral land.
It is advisable to consult with a legal professional who specializes in property and inheritance matters to ensure a smooth and lawful distribution of the ancestral property among the family members. They can provide guidance specific to your situation and help navigate any legal intricacies. Maintaining clear records and seeking professional legal advice will contribute to a fair resolution of property matters within your family.
Thankyou
