SRA property name change
Dear sir,
My nani had a SRA property which is still under development but my nani is no more now.
I got the succession certificate from Bombay high court by producing NOC from all family members who are eligible to have share in this property.
Then I approached SRA office to change name in Annexure II by submitting all the necessary documents.
I got the order from SRA that this property belongs to me now by submitting all the documents. But name is not changed yet in Annexure II.
So I want to ask whether anyone still can claim for this property now?
Regards
Santosh behera
A.Dear Client,
When you obtain the necessary order or approval from SRA for the transfer of the property in your name, for non-entry of your name in Annexure - II you need to approach the SRA office for the purpose. When based on a Succession Certificate obtained from the High Court and other relevant papers of the property, approval for transfer of ownership is accorded by SRA, nobody can claim the said property outrightly. and even if it is claimed, claimant has to prove his claim before the Court.
