I have a 10 years valid disability certificate. And I am 70% disable.Am I eligible for RPWD reservation in NEET and JEE exams....because in RPWD ACT 2016 there is no mention of Temporary or Permanent certificate.Only it is told that the disability should be more than 40%.

A.Dear Client,
Based on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act 2016, which emphasizes a disability threshold of more than 40%, and considering your 70% disability status as per your valid certificate, it seems that you meet the eligibility criteria for reservation in NEET and JEE exams. The act does not explicitly differentiate between temporary and permanent certificates, focusing primarily on the extent of disability. To ensure accurate and up-to-date information, it's advisable to check the specific guidelines provided by the examination authorities conducting NEET and JEE. Additionally, reaching out to the respective disability support offices associated with these exams can provide you with clarity on the application of RPWD reservation policies and how they accommodate individuals with varying disability certificates.
Thankyou
