Buying flat when Mutation records are rejected Buying flat when Mutation records are rejected

Hi all, I am planning to buy a flat in an apartment. During legal verification from my lawyer, he found that mutation records ownership transfer in the year of 1989-90 were rejected but no reasons are available according to the record. This record for some portion of the land on which the apartment is built. However the mutation records in the later years are approved. Is it safe to buy a flat in this apartment? Can there be any legal complications if I want to sell the flat in future?

A.Dear Client,

If the primary issue is the approval of mutation, you can proceed with the purchase, as it has been sanctioned at a later stage, eliminating any potential complications.

A.Dear sir
If that is the only major ground you can purchase the same since at later stage mutation was approved as such there would be no problem.
