A.Dear Sir,
They must be resolution if it is a registered private or public limited company otherwise there must be Special Power of Attorney in favour of such employee.

A.Dear Client,
A real estate company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 is required to file a certified copy of the Board Resolution,i.e, the Board of Directors resolution, authorizing an employee of the Company to represent the company in the execution of any documents/deeds before the registering authority which is a legal and valid document admissible under law. So, registration of any sale deed based on said authorization is legally valid under the law.
