I dropped out in the middle of the course. Can I demand for refund I dropped out in the middle of the course. Can I demand for refund

I was 16 and got admission on 13th may 2023 in goal Institute patna. I have paid all my fees of neet target course 2023-24 around 1lakh within 3months. But then I stopped going to classes from September. The studies were not up to mark neither my requirements were being fulfilled. After classes many had to study from online platform. I also found the facilities there were not good enough. There was space issue as the class was overcrowded. Then I chose to study online from PW app.
Now can I get any benefit from govt's new scheme? Am I eligible for demanding refund?

A.Dear Client,

The Central Government has introduced new guidelines for coaching centers across all states. According to these guidelines, coaching centers are prohibited from admitting children under the age of 16. The fees charged for unique courses must be affordable, and coaching centers are required to provide receipts for the fees collected.

Under the new guidelines, if a student has paid the full course fees and decides to leave the coaching center within the specified period, the center may refund the student from the fees deposited in advance. This refund should be processed within 10 days. If the student resides in the coaching center's hostel, the refund may include hostel costs and mess charges.

In the event that Goal Institute Patna refuses your claim for a refund, you have the right to file a complaint against them for deficiency in service before the Consumer Forum. In your complaint, you can request a refund of tuition fees as per the new guidelines issued by the Central Government, along with compensation for harassment and the cost of litigation. It's crucial to file the complaint within two years from the date of the cause of action, which is the date of the refusal of the refund. This legal course of action aims to address grievances and ensure compliance with the new guidelines for coaching centers.

A.Dear Client,
The Central Government has issued new guidelines for the coaching centers of all the states. After the Coaching Centre’s New Guidelines, now no coaching centers are allowed to provide admission to children under 16 years of age. The coaching fees for unique courses being charged must be affordable. The receipts for the fees charged have to be made available to students. As per new guidelines, if the student has paid for the course in full and is leaving the direction of the centre of the prescribed period, the student might be refunded from out of the prices deposited in advance for the final time, on a foundation in 10 days if the student is staying in the hostel of the coaching centre, then the hostel costs and mess rate, and so forth. So, given the guidelines, if Goal Institute Patna .refuses your claim for a refund, you can file a complaint against them for deficiency in service before the Consumer Forum claiming a refund of tuition fees admissible under new guidelines of the Central Govt. along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action, i.e, from the date of refusal of a refund. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
