Scammed by fraud company

I was scammed by fraud company saying they can give me 101% job assurrance and im paying them Rs 14000 for security of the job which i will get back after 2 months of working. We sign in a paper that if they dont offer me a job within 10 days they will give me back money but i dont believe them. What should i do

A.Send them a legal notice as well as file a complaint in the nearest police station.

A.you can serve a legal notice asking them to comply with the contract else lodge a complaint with the local police station against the Company and all its directors for criminal breach of contract cheating and fraud

A.Police complaint, then legal notice. If it also doesn't work then consumer complaint and also a criminal complaintfor cheating.

A.Approach nearest police station and lodge a complaint for cheating and breach of trust, give the police the contact number of director and ask him to make a settlement. If you can manage to get the police's help this will get sorted within days and you will get your relief.

A.send them a legal notice to refund the amount and in case they didn't refund the amount despite service of legal notice file a case,
alternatively,
you can also make a police complaint against the company for cheating

Thank you so much for the reply. But we have signed that they will not give back money if i cancel the job offer by myself so if i send them legal notice will i get back my money? Or should i just cancel the job offer and asked to refund the money through lawyer
