A.Dear Client,
A limited company other than Public Limited Co or PSU does not come under the purview of the R TI Act, 2005. However, in the case of Private Ltd. Companies, you can access the information defined under Sec.2(f) through an application under Sec.11 of the Act (Third Party Information) from the regulatory public authorities under whom the private companies were registered and regulated and reported their activities. Any hypothetical questions are not allowed under RTI application and the information that is exempted from disclosure under Sec.8 & 9 of the Act cannot be accessed through RTI application.
