A.Dear Client,

When purchasing an immovable property without adhering to legal procedures, you risk being unable to reclaim your invested money or the property itself through legal means. It is crucial to ensure that all necessary legal procedures and requirements are followed when acquiring property to avoid such complications. If proper legal procedures are not followed, it may become challenging to seek recourse through litigation to recover your investment or the property. Therefore, it is essential to always conduct thorough due diligence and seek legal advice when engaging in property transactions to protect your interests.

A.Dear Client,
When you buy an immovable property without following the legal procedure or requirements to acquire the property, you are now not in a position to get back both your invested money and property from the person legally even through litigation.
