A.Dear client,

Look over the terms and conditions of your subscription agreement or any contract you signed with Byju's. Pay attention to clauses related to delivery of materials, promises made by mentors, and any dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in the agreement. Start by reaching out to Byju's customer service department to inform them about the situation. Provide details about your subscription, the promised materials, and the fact that they haven't been delivered. Keep a record of all communication, including dates, times, and names of representatives you speak with.

Send a formal written request to Byju's demanding the delivery of the promised materials. Clearly outline what was promised to you, the steps you've taken to resolve the issue, and a deadline for the delivery of the materials. If Byju's is unwilling to resolve the issue through direct communication, you may consider mediation or arbitration. Many contracts include clauses specifying alternative dispute resolution methods. This may involve a neutral third party helping to facilitate a resolution.

If the above steps don't lead to a satisfactory resolution, you may want to have a lawyer on board with this. If Byju's continues to fail in delivering the promised materials and you believe they are in violation of consumer protection laws or their contractual obligations, you can file a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies or regulatory bodies in your jurisdiction.

Remember to document all correspondence and keep records of your interactions with Byju's. Having clear evidence will strengthen your case if you need to escalate the matter further. We are glad to be of assistance.
