Byjus refund Byjus refund

I've dropped mail for cancellation on 15 march 2024 and I've been in touch with support team regarding callback since then. I've got call from byjus support team.I've also shared all the proofs regarding cancellation to the concerned member who was assigned to me. I've received a call from another support team member and I've shared the proof regarding cancellation with him also.Later I was told my councellor team will look into it and process my refund. I've been waiting since then.
My reason for cancellation and refund is that I am overall not satisfied with the course. The content of the course is not upto the mark.
The material ppts is not upto the mark. I'm not satisfied with the teaching methods.
There is no one to one interaction with the teacher. Teacher is not able to adress all the doubts. Also if I mark for doubt, that's answerd by someone else not the teacher.
Mentor support is not proper. Everytime a different mentor is provided. And it's often very difficult to contact the mentors. Callback is not provided within time and also a lot of my time is wasted because of that.
The test are not live and appropriate.and also not on time .
The study material has not been provided to me yet. I've not received any books yet.
My batch was to start on 26 Feb then it didn't start and was postponed onto 6 march 2024
Later without any information the batch was again postponed till 13 March.
I've applied for cancellation on 15 march after attending the classes for 3 days.

I've dropped a mail for cancellation within a time frame of 14 days after my classes started and I've already shared the proof regarding that with byjus team.

Actually I purchased the course on 20 Feb and I was told by the councellor that classes will start on 26 Feb and for 14 days I'll have my trial period.
But later classes started on 13 March.
But I asked her about the 14 days trial period and she emailed me that my trial period will end on 20 march .I've a WhatsApp chat of that and also a email of that..and I've shared the proof to the team.
But now the councellor is not responding and team is also not giving any positive response. please help me out

A.Dear Client,

Under the new guidelines for coaching centers issued by the Central Government, admission for children under 16 is prohibited. Coaching fees must be affordable, and receipts should be provided. If a student pays for a course but leaves within the prescribed period, a refund should be issued within 10 days. If BYJUS denies a refund, file a complaint for deficiency in service with the Consumer Forum, seeking refund per government guidelines and compensation for harassment and legal costs. Complaints must be filed within two years of the refusal.

A.Dear Client,
The Central Government has issued new guidelines for the coaching centers of all the states. After the Coaching Center's New Guidelines, now no coaching centers are allowed to provide admission to children under 16 years of age. The coaching fees for unique courses being charged must be affordable. The receipts for the fees charged have to be made available to students. As per new guidelines, if the student has paid for the course in full and is leaving the direction of the center of the prescribed period, the student might be refunded from out of the prices deposited in advance for the final time, on a foundation in 10 days if the student is staying in the hostel of the coaching center, then the hostel costs and mess rate, and so forth. So, given the guidelines, if BYJUS refuses your claim for a refund, you can file a complaint against them for deficiency in service before the Consumer Forum claiming a refund of tuition fees admissible under new guidelines of the Central Govt. along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action, i.e, from the date of refusal of a refund. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
