Back side of stamp paper

I had 2 stamp paper but the matter was printed interchangeably on stamp paper
Means A matter printed on B and Vice versa
Can the person change the back side of the paper as matter printed is correct?

A.Dear Client,
On the back side of a non-judicial Stamp Paper, the stamp of the authorized Stamp Vendor/Seller is embossed mentioning the serial no. of the Stamp Paper, to whom it sold, and the date of selling with the signature of the Vendor and the registering authority.. Nothing is printed or typed on the back side of a Stamp Paper. Sometimes, some documents with the same contents are made and notarised in two stamp papers to keep the original one by each signatory of that document. Once a document is notarised or registered under the Registration Act, nobody can change or tamper the contents of the Stamp paper.
