A.Dear Client,
It is important to obtain the permission of the respective builder or society to make any changes in the apartment flat. The modifications or additions that you seek to make to the flat should be in accordance with Society Rules and should not deviate from the approved building plan. So, in this case, you can connect with the Society to enquire and get approval about the same.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
If such an extension of the balcony of the flat deviates from the approved building plan then it is impermissible and not allowed either by the Builder or the Society. However, a temporary arrangement may be made subject to permission of the Society or Builder.
