Maintenance money in case of seperation

I live in Delhi and getting an income of 36000/PM- through property rent which is in my name.My husband is earning 2 lakh ruppes per month.my husband have extra martial affairs from last 7 years, so I want seperation from him.Hence i need legal advice that what maintenance I will get in case of Divorce and Separation. Can he live with other women in case of separation?Did I have right on property of my husband in case of separation?

A.dear client in your matter i agreed on advice that You want Judicial separation & Divorce or maintenance in Divorce and separation.He can live with another woman in case of judicial separation.You have right on the property of your husband in case of judicial separation. A.U have right over the property of your husband in case of judicial separation but after divorce u both are no longer as husband and wife,so u can't claim right over the property of your husband after divorce but u can claim permanent alimony from your husband during divorce case hearing
