Halo sir, kerala police has framed a case on me on sabarimala issue charging ipc 143,147,148,284,149,Police act 117e,...And i applied to get passport and they denied it.. Is there any way to get passport?

A.you won't get a passport until and unless you got discharge/acquit from the criminal case,

A.U should approach to the any local lawyer for filling petition under section 482 for quashing FIR
