A.dear client under indian evidence Act Xerox copies of original documents are not admissible in evidence.but certified copies are admissible.

A.No. Many Courts have removed the word Xerox for official use in Courts.

Sir actually I have filed a check bounce case for 41 lakhs where I am the petitioner, the accused have produced a Xerox copy of rental deed which is on his name. Actually its my dental clinic and the accused is a general practitioner. Showing a Xerox copy of rental deed of the said cclinic the accused is making belief of honb judge the the said amount is given for him bcoz he has selled his clinic to me. Can I get any situations for this sir.
