i am hindu male.i got married 11 months ago.i hv hepatitis b since before marriage.i didnt tell her about this at the time of marriage.i hv vaccinated her for hepatitis b without her knowledge.now she got to know that i have hepatitis b since before marriage.second thing is we didnt hv complete sex even once a time.she is alleging me as impotent.but i am not impotent.
i accepted all these things over phone call and she recorded it.
1.can she file case of fraud that i hv hidden the hepatitis b?
2.if she files about impotency , what should i do?
3.is audio call recording is valid in court of law?
