Want to Cancel name in Police charge sheet

Respected. Sir Ths is regarding about Criminal justice. My name is Mohammed Sadiq Last 4Month Back in our Town one incident was happened with two religious People.that time i was not in Town but they're mentiond many people names in police FIR who aren't there at that time when incident was happened. after knowing our names we requested to police station please don't put our names in charge sheet because we are very much innocent people of this matter but police not listen to us and Court now Send Summonce on our names please??needs help to get out names from this matter..

A.Dear sir if you have any such evidence to prove it as I am not in town at that time. Then go to the high court under section 482 of crpc for quashing FIR against u. If any more information please contact me through Vidhikarya service

A.Ask your Lawyer to put up an expunge petition for your name removing your name from the chargesheet proving your innocence and thereafter everything should be fine.
If you are innocent then the court shall itself remove your name from the chargesheet. However, it is upon the lawyer to prove your innocence by way of evidence.
