hi my problem is that i have four shops which is a ancestral problem two of them are vacant while two are in rent since 18 years..my father died one year ago and now i need that two shops for us but the tenants are being rude and not ready to vacant because my father took amount of 20000 from each tenant as security deposit but they are asking for two lakh each of them..they are paying rent regualarly but we need shop what should we do??

A.Sent them a legal notice to vacate the place and if they do not comply to the same then file an eviction suit.

A.Dear Sir,
On personal grounds you can vacant two shops by filing eviction suit.

A.Dear Client,
You can send them a legal notice to vacate the property as you are in urgent need of it.

hi miss sayaree i found your answer somewhat good and supportive..firstly thank you in future may be i need your advice more..yesterday i call my one tenant and now he is asking for 5 lakh for vacant shop or he is saying to sell them the shop for less amount..but we want the shop empty..should i send them a notice??

Dear Client,
Yes, you should send them a legal notice to vacate the shops but as you don't have any tenancy agreement, try to make every conversation or writing.

we dont have any legal agreement sir..but we need our shops and yesterday i call one of my tenant and now he is asking 2 lakh for 25 security deposit which he gave 18 years ago plus 3 lakhs for vacanting shop..what should i do sir??

If you have any such evidence to prove his tenant. Then file complaint against them
