sepration with my real brother and his wife's and family too

Sir/Madam,
Please advise me how could i and my family including my brother's family's get separation with one of my real brother because her wife ran away from home and live with another person more than three days and then she return back and now forcibly her parents and their relatives want her to join my brother again and my brother also agreed with that but we rest of the brother's do n't want to have in relationship with our brother and his wife because in future is something happened wrong and or they have some issues,we don't want to face some legal issues as we face once police procedure , so please advise can we had easily get separation? so what is the procedures.thanks

A.If there is undivided family property in which your brother has any ancestral rights, you can make a partition right now and immediately after that you can " disown" him. if you do not have any such property, but only self acquired property of your father or absolute property of your mother, don`t bother about partition and " disown" him rightaway.

A.Yes, you can separate but still you cannot deny his rights on the property. But, if your father is alive then ask him to gift his property among all the other brother's then only you can turn your real brother out of the house.

A.As per constitution & law you are free to separate. only if joint family involved you have property encumbrances take legal help from family & property lawyer.
