I had booked 3 hotel rooms in Kollur, Karnataka for my family using Makemytrip for a visit to Mookambika temple on Aug 8th. We could not go for the trip though and had to cancel the booking due to the floods at that time in many parts of Karnataka and Kerala. Despite repeated attempts Makemytrip is refusing a refund citing their policy of 3 days prior cancellation. I could cancel only 1 day prior cause the floods had worsened only then. Kindly advise how to move legally against them.

A.serve a legal notice claiming your paid amount back along with interest and also compensation for causing mental harassment, pain, agony, etc
