Share certificate

If someone purchased mhada flat after completing 5years and everything is done that is sale deed is done before at least 8 month then SOCIETY issuing a share certificate which is name of first owner then I how to transfer a share certificate to the second party which is purchased that flat please give suggestions

A.You need to transfer this from the first owner to your name after due compliance according to the societies act
