CIVIL SUIT AGAINST PIECE OF LAND
THERE WAS A CIVIL SUIT BETWEEN a & b ASKING TITLE TITLE BELONGS TO WHOM AND COURT GAVE A VERDICT THAT AS THE PIECE OF LAND FALLS UNDER SAME DAG No OF a THE TITLE OF THE LAND BELONGS TO a AND b WILL HAVE RIGHTS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO A POND. AFTER PARTITION BETWEEN b& c ( two brothers). BUT WITHOUT MAKING ANY HOUSE FOR HIMSELF c SOLD HIS PROPERTY TO d A THIRD PARTY WHO IS NOT RELATED EITHER WITH b OR c. NOW QUESTION IS WHETHER d HAS TO BE TAKEN THE SAME RIGHTS FROM a OR IT WILL SIMPLY PASS OVER TO d ?
