Motor claim Motor claim

My brother was working in cognizant technologies banglore. He has met with an accident 3 years ago. Now he is having short term memory loss and not able to remember events correctly.
I have submitted some documents (payslips, salary increment letter,Offer letter etc..) to the honourable court for the processing of motor claim case. But they all are soft copies and hence lacks proper authorization. I have contacted cognizant regarding this but they hesitated to provide the same with proper authorization. How can I collect the authorized documents from them? Is there any rule regarding this? How can I prove that he was an employee there ? Please advice.
