Leasing house for the 4th term (3 yrs lease) for tenth year
4 years ago
We have a tenant to whom we have repeatedly given the house for lease for three terms of three years. So totally it's been 9 years they are living in our house. Now they want the lease agreement to be renewed for fourth time. Hence it will be more than ten years they are living in our house. Will it pose any legal implications of a party is living in our house for more than 10 years? We have made a new lease agreement every 3 years so far.
A.Dear Sir,
Adverse possession cannot be claimed by the tenant as such if the tenant is good you are advise to renew the lease for further three years.
