so many lawyers says aftr maintainance amendum it is needed to do mtg registration. sid plz clarify is it needed in any part of time in maintainance aae

They all do not know Law, registration is not necessary.

oh thank u sir. if dey said to do registration compulsory den wt i do to avoid mrg registration. bcz am frm HK candidate. he is frm bnglr. if i did mrg registration i ll loose my hyderabad karnataka reservation sir. so only plz reply me sir. i need maintainance r divorce bt it should not leed to mrg registration.

i liv in bagalkot nw. so i file case here only.i dnt hv kids sir. aftr mrg v bith lived only for one mnth.mrg done on 3sep 2017. if i file divorce n maintainance.is it compulsory to do mtg reg....bcz i alredy told i hv HK reservation for job.so wt i do inorder to avoid registration of mrg during maintainance r divorce case sir

if i file maintainance case y it is needed to do mrg registration. wedding card and photos are der to prove mrg. so y it is needed to do mrg registration
