I am a keralite woman.i have been in a relationship with a muslim man for the past 8 years.now i came to know the fact that he has been married 4 years ago and has a three year old son.he was forced for the marriage by his mother and uncle and i undetstand him and the sotuation.he wants to live with me only..what is the legal remedy for our union

A.Whether he was forced into a marriage or he willingly married, a muslim male cannot easily divorce his wife unless she lets him go like that. Besides, even if he succeeds in divorcing her, he has to bear her claims of maintenance for herself an her son. If you cna support him financially also I can guide you further, you have to ask help of Vidhikarya to reach to me.
