Regarding ancestral property Regarding ancestral property

My family consists of 7 uncles including my father and an aunt. We have a shop and a house (in the name of all the uncles) and a land which has name of three uncles. Now the matter is one uncle is denying to sell the property and saying that the part of ancestral land which is on my name is my property. What can we do to sell all the properties so the money can be divided equally to all the succesors.
