Chargesheet and Jail Chargesheet and Jail

Police has made false chargesheet. Based on chargesheet I was summoned but I did not appear in court because I would have been jailed. Now warrant is issued against me. What is the remedy available to me so that I do not land up in Jail. Chargesheet is false and policemen created it under influence of money.

A.You have not clearly posted the details of the respective offence that has been booked on you and the case details or anything, in such a case you should first appear before the court if a warrant is been issued. Then only you may know about the case and then proceed along with an Advocate.

A.Hi,

First of all, I will suggest that you apply for a bail on the next hearing as the attendance of accused is compulsory in criminal trails.

Once the bail is secured then you can fight the case on the basis of the merits.
